Anyways, here's the fanfic pulled from my real life experiences, starring the personification of every toxic trait of every ex I've ever had (Rong Hao) & the stunning , viscious, capable women clinging to dear life to the most hot dumpster fire of a man she can find (Die Yi, also myself:3)
Set right after THAT Lufang Pavillion scene in episode 7, I always thought Die Yi has big "side chick" energy with Rong Hao which makes me think he had a little something going on with her & this is how I imagine it happening in canon.
