    Takes place after the events of the fic "Of Cabbage-heads and Prodigies".
    Jenny has just graduated from high school with optimism for the near future after this final summer vacation little knowing that the Exo-skin is planning to use both Brad and Melody against her to get what it is programmed for. It's nothing personal but a program is a program, and the Exo-Skin was programmed to make XJ-9 the perfect human teenager. Jenny just graduated! She can't back now, but it seems that she and her friends are being forced to fight for their right to grow up and become the adults they know they can be. This includes one very lonely Melody Locus who has to face the evil that she has gotten herself into in collaborating with the Exo-Skin.
