Somehow Isak seems to have acquired an Eskild, a small fairy godfather dressed in red hotpants who is one hundred percent set on hooking Isak up with a prince. Unfortunately for Eskild, Isak is at least ninety eight percent against this plan. He is also pretty sure fairy godfathers don't exist.
Anyway, with Eskild’s perfect matchmaking score on the line, a shitload of meddling friends, a couple of ugly stepsiste… um, flatmates, an alarmingly amused Sana, and the Balloon Boys’ russ bus being named Froggy and the seven princes, this fic can only end in complete chaos.

The pressure and stress of his classes always rise and intensify at this time of the year, and this semester is no exception. He tells himself he needs to find some way to rebalance his commitments. Isak’s own load at UiO is equally punishing this semester. In his usual way, Isak pushes himself relentlessly: studying all the time with very few breaks; neglecting his health and with poor eating; and his insomnia flares up. This time, insomnia has returned with a vengeance. All in all a perfect storm, waiting to happen.

Will his "one night only" rule keep him from finding something deeper?

There might be a nude photo on the loose, a somewhat content starved Valtersen update account, and Even having a small meltdown when he realises that Isak has seen his fanart - but not to worry, Sana is in charge so it will all end well. Isak thought he accomplished the hard bit coming out to his friends. They accepted it like it wasn't a big deal; like it didn't even matter. They even encouraged Isak to get out in the world. So what was the point in mentioning a crush he'd had in the past? It was over at that time anyways. The only problem should have been that Isak was too slow to say no to the plan forming in his friends' minds, and he found himself in the middle of a bet. Who could set Isak up with the perfect man? Isak had no say in the matter. The bet was on.
There was just one other little problem.
Isak was not as single as his friends thought he was.
