Summary
Pressed tightly between the wall and his lover, Leo didn't have much room to think about how they had gotten there. Going out for dinner after a long, long week at work; a dimly lit restaurant terrace, with barely anyone around and paired with their favourite wines; giggling enticed kisses that soon became too hungry to keep them outside. They had stumbled their way back home, cheeks flushed with drunkenness and anticipation; Tsukasa almost failing to get their apartment’s door open, not wanting his hands off of his husband.
That's right, they had been married for almost two years by then, yet they still wanted and craved each other like they were highschoolers again. Leo knew his successor as well as Tsukasa knew his former king; their existence had always been bound to collide into something more than two strangers, and it was no surprise their supernova would materialise as a primal hunger taking over them.

He’s gone to a handful of orchestras himself and yet it was Izumi’s first time hearing such a complex piece played with such precision live. It was a piece he’d often hear as background music for many events too. Was he the composer?

Going by the little bit Tsukasa saw of him, Izumi Sena was capricious, demanding, and moody. But that was just the beginning of his problems. Apparently, he had such a strong hatred for vampires, he carried around a weapon made to kill them with efficiency, despite not being a hunter himself.
He furtively watched Leo, who met his gaze head on. There was still a haunted edge to him that he was trying to hide behind a smile. Izumi and Leo… had some kind of past together, meaning they knew each other from before Leo was imprisoned.
This was an utter mess.

Coffee. It wasn’t an unfamiliar aroma, for it wafted around their apartment as often as the sun rising from the horizon, but this was different. Izumi’s nose also picked up the smell of freshly-printed paper alongside, and he silently thank the gods for letting him entering their apartment before his eyes crossed.

Tsukinaga Leo of Knights is cute. That much was an established fact even to non-fans. But was it to an extent that would bring people to their knees as they gasp in desperate attempts to calm their thumping heart? Maybe it was, hardcore fans aren’t uncommon for an idol group of their scale.
That doesn’t explain why Izumi is struggling backstage with sexual desires exploding after just one clear glance at Leo’s disheveled post-concert appearance, though.

His face quickly flushed and prepared to retort, but words were swallowed back when he met emerald eyes that gaze at him so sincerely, so lovingly. A complete contrast to the earlier atmosphere, a change so swift that it took Izumi almost everything to not yelp aloud when scarred hands cupped his face.
