Updated 8/11/2024: Two new chapters (17 and 18). Kassandra and Brasidas try to envision a life after the Cult. Meanwhile, Myrrine does not like Brasidas and makes it literally everybody's problem.
He has thought of her often since Pylos. Primarily with resentment, followed immediately by guilt. Now that she isn’t dead, he can resent her in peace as the demon she is—selfish, impulsive, and apparently now a traitor with hands stained by Spartan blood.
If he is to be thorough, as he always is, he must consider the possibility that this is not a ruse, and she truly did not know him until she fell. But what does that matter? Either version of her is a traitor to Sparta. And to him.
No, it matters not. All roads lead her to the hemlock grove.
Three years after Kassandra is declared dead at the Battle of Pylos, she descends on Amphipolis with a glowing sword and no memory. Brasidas meets her on the field, intent on bringing her the death she deserves, but finds himself caught in her orbit. In other words, my little thought experiment of "What if Kassandra makes every choice in the game to piss off Brasidas, and also he survives Amphipolis"?

She will need allies, and she will make enemies, but she will not bow to Poseidon's whims anymore. She's done with piety; gods don't need to give one another the same reverence as mortals are obliged to.
The swift Adrestia takes a sharp turn over the waves, its reflection so much brighter than what light its lanterns give off--it's transporting the spear-wise Kassandra, master of the war cry.
Realising one's divine power is a taxing thing, but Kassandra in her determination pays little mind to it: no more, she's decided, not of cycles, not of rulings, not of this petty squabble between the two races, and definitely not the Isu's horrible experiments.
Or: Kassandra comes to terms with becoming a god, Barnabas is sick, and Atlantis is in need of reforms.
