Summary
Hiromasa gets summoned by the emperor to stay with him for a discussion, no one, including servants and officials are allowed to enter the main court, which causes problems for everyone, and the immortal trio (Seimei, Dōman and Suzak) have to listen to that order, causing the capital and it's mythical inhabitants to hear only silence...well not necessarily.
So long story short, Hiromasa and the emperor have a discussion and everyone is waiting outside for them to done.
Not a ship between the emperor and Hiromasa.
