Life on Paradis Island should have been simple—beaches, parties, and smoothie bowls all day long—but since the death of his parents, nothing in Armin’s life is going according to plan. He’s lost his chance to go to college, developed a rather embarrassing fear of boats, and his friends are desperate to sign him up for the surfing competition of the year. It’s been five months since Eren’s most recent attempt, and he’s been fighting an uphill battle ever since.
