Summary
One early morning, Izzy and Alec go to starbucks for their daily dose of caffeine, where they meet Magnus, Catarina and Madzie in line. Aromantic Izzy plays wingwoman as she tries to set Alec and Magnus up.
Inspired by this prompt:
Went to starbucks and everyone looks like zombies and I'm spacing out myself. All of a sudden, this guy stands next to me and goes, "This is crazy!" Then grabs my hand to hold it. We both look at each other.
Him: "You're not my wife."
Me: "Nope."
Girl behind us: "You're holding the wrong hand, honey."
Him: "You sure?"
Me: "We're sure."
Him: "I feel committed to finishing this Starbucks experience with you now."
Me: "I'm not paying."
Him: "Oh, nevermind. Let me go back to my wife."
Wife: "Well I'm not paying either!"
Guy in front of us: "Come hold my hand sir, I'll buy you any Frappuccino you want."
The man goes and holds hands with the strange man. He looks at both me and his wife and goes, "At least someone cares about me." -

Summary
Isabelle Lightwood is not just a sexy body for seducing targets, although she does do that quite well, thank you very much. She is a damn good Shadowhunter and she has something to prove. Isabelle will keep up with the boys, or die trying. Only problem is, she can't handle fucking up, and she can't handle being useless.
If there is one thing good old mom and dad managed to teach her, it's that mistakes need to be punished.

This can be read as a standalone story, though some references to "The Sacrifices we Make" are made. If you don't want to read it first, just smile and nod whenever something confusing comes up Xx
