Summary
It’s been a little over two years since Maedhros got out of an abusive relationship. Sure, he’s still got some lingering trauma and some unresolved issues with his dad, but at least now he has support from his family, his therapist, an actual circle of queer friends, and an amazing boyfriend. Really, he can’t believe how lucky he is to have found Fingon. All that he has to is make it through a family wedding, survive his comprehensive exams, and deal with the sudden return of his sex drive and all the kinks that he thought he’d left behind. But with Fingon at his side, he’s sure that he can manage all of that.
And Fingon? Well, he’s never backed down from a challenge before, and he survived coming out to himself and Maedhros after spending twenty-three years convinced that he was straight. He’s sure that he can handle coming out to almost everyone he knows as long as it means that he gets to love Maedhros publicly and proudly. Really, with Maedhros’ support and guidance, he can’t imagine anything going wrong.
Title comes from Maggie Rogers’ song “Anywhere With You.”

"So," Findekáno said brightly, gesturing with his long branch. "We simply need to plan the perfect heist."
His audience, consisting of his wife, two of his cousins, several squirrels, a flock of sparrows, and one mildly confused skunk, stared at him.
"I have a better idea," said Artanis.
"A heist is the logical –" Findekáno began heatedly.
"No, no, I agree with you. I simply think we should adjust the timing, and our allies."
"What allies," Maitimo said gloomily.
"Exactly. We should seek out Uncle Elwë and ask for information and possibly provisions and assistance."
"Getting help is a good idea. I think he would probably receive us, since we have news from Valinor and our families don't appear capable of going out of sight of the coastline."

Summary
Maitimo never meant to be captured trying to regain the Silmaril. He never meant to help fulfill Moringotho's worst prophecies. But he's stuck in Angamando with a fallen Vala who loathes him and lusts for him in equal parts, and he's going to have to find a way to stay sane, for death will not come for him.
Meanwhile, Findekáno is stuck crossing the Helcaraxë, seeking redemption and a lover whom he believes has abandoned him. He's also stuck with a wife he does not love and a son whose growth is alarmingly slow. As the resolve of everyone around him slowly crumbles, he must decide if he can become the leader that his people need and reassure them that day shall come again.

Something strange was hiding in this forest. A sinister whisper or a mocking laugh. People entered the forest like enchanted, never to leave it again. Among the green grasses and leaves glistening with gold, were silhouettes with eyes and smiles as bright as the rays of the sun. Their figures writhed in processions full of dance and laughter.
Or:
Fingon returns to his hometown and goes camping with his siblings and cousins. On camping that changes his whole life.
