With his memories distorted, his emotions left unchecked, and a brand new form he has yet to master, Malachi continues to struggle with coming to terms with what had happened to him. Becoming a shadow knight hunter and being chased down by the Phoenix Alliance alongside Laurance didn’t particularly help matters out any, but then again what’s life without a good struggle.

Summary
We all know that its canon that Aphmau eventually died before Alina was 15. What happened when she died? How did it effect everyone? I'll tell you how in this simple story. Its a pleasure and honor to give some closure on such a topic.
Im simply adding onto what we know plus adding my own personal canon that fits into my rewrite. Which yes means we get MCD Melissa cause I said so. Names will be changed when eventually the other parts of my rewrite come out but for now I'll use canon names to keep it simple. Fair warning though, even though Enki canonically loved Irene here they are pictured as siblings without the whole love subplot, this is due to many reasons but the main one is that here Travis and Aphmau are siblings.
