Summary
Jin took a lot of pride in being the best violinist in his prestigious university's student orchestra until prodigy freshman Jungkook showed up and took his concertmaster chair from him. Will these two competitive idiots ever realize they're in love? Meanwhile, oboist Yoongi and cellist Namjoon are less clueless about their emotions, but more unsure about how to receive love, flutist/dancer Jimin can't admit that he deserves a future happy with clarinetist/dancer Hoseok, and Taehyung isn't sure anyone even realizes how out of place he feels.
Everyone in Jin's beautiful little musical found family has a lot going on within and beyond their group, and sometimes it's hard to be the hyung. Each of them is hurt, or alone, or hurting themselves, but they know they can get through it with the love they share for each other, even newcomers Yoongi and Jungkook. Everyone needs love sometimes.

"A strong feeling of nostalgia invaded Beomgyu, as if it weren't the first time he saw Yeonjun like that. In a way, he even felt sorry for him. He felt pain, a pain in his chest. Why did Yeonjun seem so… sad? Why did his presence make him want to cry? Why did he want… to hug him? As if he had been waiting for him a long time, there, sitting on the sand. All of this only led to a sudden anger bubbling up from his stomach, surfacing in the form of words.

The infamous luthier Blade, rumored to make some of the most beautifully crafted instruments that would make anyone shine... if they're brave enough to commission. Jing Yuan finds himself intrigued by this man shrouded in mystery and can't help but want to unravel him- to see what's beneath his cold exterior.
Luckily for him, Jing Yuan happens to have a student who is quite clumsy with his instrument. He is also lucky that Blade happens to do repairs as well.

You could get mad about it for a bit, but it was ultimately fair game. Alicent had already reached all these conclusions because Viserys had spoken to her weeks ago about programming the Concerto, which only had the unwanted effect of giving her time to turn it over in her brain like a particularly nauseating Rubix cube. Each solution of the puzzle led her to the same conclusion: she would be seeing Rhaenyra imminently, and there wasn’t a damn thing she could do about it.
After ten years apart, Rhaenyra Targaryen re-enters Alicent's life for a set of solo engagements with her orchestra. Things go about as well as expected (not very).

How fucking selfish.
“It’s nothing, Hyung, I promise … go back to sleep, I’m fine …” he rambled, terrified of a grumpy Minho the rest of the drive.
“Honey …” Minho sighed. His eyes still closed, he lightly placed his hand on Jiusng’s knee, a feather-light touch that sent both shivers and pain through Jisung, and his guilt spiked higher.
