Trust issues on both sides: can the Botany Bay crew work together with the Enteprise crew, or will it all end in flames and chaos?

VOLUME ONE complete!
Fix- it, starts after Star Trek Into Darkness. I have a godly vision to fix every problem that JJ created, starting with making Spirk canon.I won't be spoiling too much, but this starts with with one of the augments trying to rescue Khan, (they are siblings so the Marla-thing works later on), and then the augments get into an Agreement To Help People Around, and then there's a murder mystery on the Starfleet ships (section 31 -personnel - RUN), then there's the usual star trek insanity of going around in warp and chaos and loss and love and beauty (and spice in volume 2, i promise you spirk and dream khirk (which happens when jim takes some .. uhh.. special little plant-extracts) khan/marla, and either carol/christine or nyota/christine. I also present to you: young montalban-esque khan with ben's voice. Best of both worlds.

James T. Kirk's life has always been very confusing for him. He felt that there was a darkness inside him that was not common and that is why he always tried to hide it so as not to disappoint his parents. But Khan's event and the terrible truth he discovered about his origin changed his way of seeing things. That darkness inside him was his and there was nothing to destroy it; So I just let it flow freely. Besides that, there was a small problem with a certain First Officer of his: Spock. That Vulcan had it in his head because of how in love he was with Spock and only Bones was the one who knew it.
Of course, no one had to know that he had certain ideas to get rid of a certain person named Nyota Uhura.
