Midoriya Izuku always knew he was going to be a Hero, being diagnosed as Quirkless was just a minor setback. Unfortunately, no one else seemed to see it that way, other than his equally as Quirkless cousin, Yamikumo.
All Might offering him his Quirk, One for All, is a dream come true. It's his ticket to get into UA, which may publicly allow Quirkless students but has never actually had one, even in the General Education Course.
Midoriya Izuku will be a Pro Hero, he just wished he knew the consequences first. At least he finally gets some friends along the way.

In walked a man with fluffy, dark hair that Izuku would have mistaken for black if it weren’t for the faint green shimmer he saw when the light hit it. The right side of his face was marred with scars, the biggest one spanning from below his eye to his jaw. When he lifted a hand in greeting, Izuku could see that the scars extended to his arms as well.
There was something oddly familiar about him but Izuku couldn't quite place it.
“Everyone please welcome Akatani-san. He will be your substitute for today,” Takahashi-sensei said.
—Or: Aldera Middle School gets a substitute teacher from the future. Said new teacher, one Akatani Mikumo, is behaving strangely. Izuku isn’t quite sure what to make of him but he’s better than his normal teachers at least.
