Summary
A-Qing's newly stable life living with her adopted brother Xiao Xingchen is upended when they find an injured stray cat on the side of the road. As the cat and then Xiao Xingchen's long lost friend are integrated into their lives, questions arise about the violent cat cozies up to Xingchen but makes Song Lan and A-Qing's lives hell. Summary

A-Qing didn’t expect to be alive again. She was perfectly content (in a manner of speaking) with the knowledge that her soul would move on after she finally managed to help someone defeat the man who had tormented her father for so long.
Wei Ying isn’t exactly surprised that he got revived for revenge purposes, considering his reputation back when he was alive. He is, however, surprised to be revived by two teenagers – one of whom is already dead.

She’s already a few months old, he wasn’t allowed to meet her until both her and his mom were in better health, and her name is Meng Qing, meaning bamboo. A second pregnancy had been near impossible they had told him, and it’s a miracle that both of them survived after birth. He’s glad they’re both okay though, because now he has a little sister alongside his loving mother.
