--
Instead of being drafted in 2003- what if Flower was drafted in 2015, freshly 18, and having to face the volatile hate of a team that didn't want him?

As a thumb pressed against his bottom lip and slid back inside, Pavelski finally said, “Not bad, alpha, but my team’s dying to know if your mouth is as good at eating out an omega as it is at degrading them, and I’m not going back until I find out.”
The San Jose Sharks have more omegas than any team in the league—five. And, after his stupid, stupid mistake over the summer, their captain was coming for Jamie Benn.

Summary
Zhenya was a little embarrassed to admit that part of the reason he had green-lit this trade to Pittsburgh in the first place was because of Crosby himself: his insane hockey, his wolfish smile, the lingering remnants of Zhenya’s boyhood crush. Zhenya propped his stick against the wall and stuck out his hand to shake.
“Hey,” he said, smiling and hoping it didn’t look too stupid. “Evgeni.”
But Crosby didn’t take off his gloves and shake hands like Hornqvist had. He waved his hand in apology, thick inside his dirty glove. “Hey,” he replied curtly. “Sid.”

“I really want to kiss you now. May I kiss you?”
Willy’s voice is gentle, honest, like it always is. There’s a whole foot between them, Zach leaning back against his hotel door and Willy just standing there, the official courting-mandated foot apart, waiting for permission.
And Zach is, well, extremely confused.

The photo was a little blurry, a seriously round ass against a patterned wall. He opened it up, and the description was a little misspelled, but when he swiped over to the next photo, there was no mistaking it—a body he’d seen a thousand times, the slightly pink tan, the rubber bracelet.

He remembers the final moment, the demarcation of who he had been and who he became. The door of his previous life slamming shut in the storm of the moment, and with that, the door to the next part wrenching open, throwing light into the once dark corners. Before, he had belonged mostly to himself, to the city of Pittsburgh, and, at times, to the people of Canada.
Now, he belongs to Geno.

Summary
Marc could be a real punk in return, but there was something adorable about it. It gave Patric the same sense of accomplishment he had initially received from presenting game pucks to him. Maybe that’s why the interactions became a part of their warmups.
Or maybe he just needed a routine.
Which was what he always tried to convince himself whenever he started pondering the tangled web of emotions that were beginning to take root in his subconscious.
