Oscar’s not paying attention to much of anything. His face is buried firmly in Lando’s neck and he’s inhaling the strong cologne that Lando insists on dousing himself with. There’s some random show playing in the background, something that Lando had put on after very little begging to Oscar, and he occasionally laughs over it, but still, Oscar does not move or pay attention.

Oscar kicks the door shut behind him. “Lan, you home?” Oscar yells, kicking his shoes off. There’s a muffled response before a loud thud sounds out and Oscar whips his head up to look at the stairs, awaiting Lando’s rumpled form at the top.
It appears soon enough, Lando rubbing at his elbow with a pout on his face, and Oscar relaxes at the sight of his boyfriend, shrugging his coat off and hanging it up before opening his arms for Lando to jump into. Lando kisses him on the cheek in greeting before humming and hugging him closer.

Ah yes, the FIA mandated Formula racing Christmas party. A three hour long affair that ends with new grudges being formed and at least three couples being caught having sex somewhere. Oscar, of course, intends to not be one of those couples, but the lethal combination of Lando Norris in a suit and Oscar’s own boredom is making it awfully difficult for him to resist.
Oh yeah, has Oscar mentioned that the pair of them had to show up because they’d won the Constructors’? Oscar’s still not happy about that bit of news.

Oscar arrives on time, an awkward Logan clinging to his side. The pair of them are welcomed by only a few people, those being Max, Daniel, Mick and Lewis. They sit around and occasionally join in on the conversation until more people – familiar people – join them. Oscar’s abandoned almost instantly once Logan spots Alex and George, a light blush visible on his face even as he runs off to greet them.
“Young love, huh?” Daniel says, slumping down into what was previously Logan’s seat. There’s a cocky smirk on his face and if Oscar didn’t know any better, he’d think Daniel’s face was permanently stuck that way.
