Stories from the final years of the life and reign of Avatar Kyoshi.

Rated M for Mass execution of rebels and suspected rebels.

For now:
-A story following Avatar Kyoshi punishing the Air Nomads for withdrawing their support of her.
-A story following Earth King Jialun hunting down rebel Earth Sages.

Notes:

Takes elements from Rise of Kyoshi and Shadow of Kyoshi (especially Rise), might take a name or two from the RPG sourcebooks (such as Jialun, would be known as 'Huan' to WA readers) but mostly my own stories and ideas, much like WA.

 

Theoretically also a distant prequel to WA, though both can be treated as their own thing (A lot of these stories share my takes on characters like Kyoshi, the Dai Li, the Earth Kings, court politics, rights and responsibilities, etc)

 

Addendum:
Mr. Yee, despite any personal dislikes I have towards your Yangchen series, know that Rise of Kyoshi is my favorite anything to come out of the ATLA universe (including the original series itself). Not that you'll ever read this, but thank you for that excellent story. I wish you gave us Lao Ge commanding the Dai Li. Until then, I'll be writing about it.
