Summary
Obito was alone for much of his life. Outcasted, by himself except for his fellow rejects and wanderers. A Hybrid, a killer, a failure.
Sometimes a strange Hunter offering hopeless opportunities can turn things around completely.
Sometimes being an outcast comes in handy. Whether that’s a good thing or not depends on how long Obito can tolerate Kakashi’s bullshit.Series

Summary
‘He walked down the hall where moonlight from the windows didn’t reach, on the shadows edge. The portraits of the noble House members looked ghostly in the faint light, staring down at him in his lonesome.
Kakashi stopped in front of the portrait of Sakumo. He hadn’t stopped to look at it since the day it was hung up. Sakumo looked cold and solemn in this painting, hands folded neatly in front of him, armor glinting in some unseen light, his sword laid across his lap. His eyes were bland, unfeeling. They were not the eyes Kakashi had been accustomed to, heavy with warmth, brimming with pain and grief that piled and piled on him until he could take it no longer.
“Even in death you look down on me,” Kakashi muttered, and kept walking.’Alone in a dark castle, Kakashi needs all the hope he can get.
