Wriothesley, a young man struggling to survive on the streets, has resorted to grave robbing and body snatching to make a living. One night, he comes across a burial with a metal cage over it. Summary
The monotony hadn’t been broken until a ship had landed on the shore of the island, and the weary sailors had wandered into his cave, unaware of the monster that was sleeping deeper within the twisting halls of stone.
When Neuvillette emerged from his bedchamber to the sound of human voices, he was delighted. He had rushed to the main chamber of the cave, a smile on his face. His smile had fallen, however, when the sailors turned to stone before his very eyes.
Neuvillette has become a monster, banished to a remote island in the middle of the sea. Anyone who looks at him will be turned to stone, and he has long since given up hope of ever meeting a human again.

Summary
Wriothesley watched the waves lapping up onto the beach, the light from the sun tinting them golden. The water spread over the sand, the surface of the sea settling down as night approached. The sandy earth beneath Wriothesley’s feet felt strange after standing only on the wooden decks of the Wingalet for so many weeks. One month, and then he could go back to the sea, back to the pirate life he knew so well.
Captain Wriothesley of the Wingalet has brought his ship to Port Lumidouce, where it will be repaired over the course of the month. He hates having to return to land, much preferring his treasured life at sea. While in Port Lumidouce, he meets a mysterious man that goes by the name Neuvillette, who seems much better suited to the elegant streets of the Court of Fontaine, rather than the notorious pirate harbor of Port Lumidouce.

Summary
Get in, get a photo, and get out, preferably before the sun fully dipped below the horizon. Then he could return to the gates of the graveyard, and prove to Clorinde that he wasn’t a scaredy-cat. It was much easier said than done.
After losing a bet with Clorinde, Wriothesley finds himself in his town's haunted graveyard, searching for a mysterious statue of a man with no name, and is rumored to make it rain, but only within the walls of the cemetery. Wriothesley would love to say that he didn't believe in ghosts, but some of the graveyard's inhabitants may not have been fully put to rest.

Summary
In the shallows of the lake stood a figure. The water came up just past his navel, brushing gently against his pale skin. His back was facing Wriothesley, long cascading waves of silver hair partially obscuring his lithe frame. He waved his hands in an intricate motion, drawing water from the surface of the lake and lifting it into the air. Tilting his head back, he poured the water over his long hair. He stood there with his face towards the sky, eyes gently closed, letting the water drip back down into the lake below.
“I know you are there, mortal,” he said without opening his eyes or turning towards Wriothesley.
Wriothesley is a famous gladiator. Half the city knows his name and cheers for him as he battles powerful foes. But sometimes, he leaves the city to escape the constant screams that fill his mind. He stumbles upon a lake, ruled by a minor deity who is glad to finally have someone to talk to.
