Years later, Eric dies and Ariel is left to remember the moments when he was there. Spinning out every memory of the last twenty years together as she mourns on land when she comes to the choice of if she will still stay on land or not. Will she take take the chance to be a mermaid again and leave this part of her world forever? Or will she try to find the best in a difficult situation?
Or when Ariel clutches on one of Eric's coats for dear life and wallows in the castle alone.
