Description:

My Captain Underpants AU where after a series of unfortunate events, Mr. Krupp gets hit by a cloning device called the Double-00-Melvin (you can guess who invented it). After the blast, he is immune to hypnosis, but the catch is that his clone is now Captain Underpants instead.
