“It’s good material, though,” Jason said absently, “Sturdy. Isn’t it too hot for so many layers? It’s summer, Tim, hasn’t Bruce taught you to dress for the season?”
Jason was right, it was incredibly hot, but for a wildly different reason.
“Will you cut it out? I’m trying to focus.”
“God, you’re tense,” Jason let go of Tim’s tie, but he didn’t make a move to step away, “As you said, nothing is happening, might as well waste the time with something productive.”
Finally, Tim turned to look at Jason’s face, “What do you mean?”

OR Tim and Jason end up getting carried away by the heat and enter what can only be described as a very weird (barely) friends with benefits relationship, that ABSOLUTELY should not develop into anything further. Nope, no, never, its for the best.Series

“Jason’s my boyfriend.”
Immediately he wanted to cover his face with his hands, to hide away in his room and never come out. The plan was terrible, the embarrassment was cruciating, the judgment unfair.
“I’m sorry I involved my own relationship drama into a mission,” Tim said, like that could over it up, “It wasn’t meant to happen like that-”
“Stop.”
Tim stopped. Time stopped. Everything in the entire fucking universe stopped.
Bruce got up from his chair, looking down on them.
“Are you trying to patch things by pretending to date Jason?” Behind Bruce’s judgemental voice was the barest hint of bemusement.
“I-”
What could he say? Wasn’t that what he was doing? Except he wasn’t, he was also kind of dating Jason for real.
