When a hero reaches Elysium upon their death, they are given a choice to be reborn for a chance at one day earning the right to enter the Isles of the Blest. If reincarnation is their choice, their soul is taken to the River Lethe to wash away the memories of their former life in order to enter the world anew.

But not all heroes are so easily forgotten. There are a few, in extraordinary circumstances, who will break through the barriers in their souls and begin to remember the life they’d lived before.
