Toga forces her way into his space again, fingernails digging into his shoulders. Searching — not him, not really. Searching for something. An opening, maybe, as her tongue swipes across her bottom lip and she seems hungry.
Dabi doesn’t — it’s not like they starve her of blood or something, he doesn’t get why she feels the need to indulge in him like this.
He presses away from her, crunching his one free knee to his chest to make distance. “I’m not kidding, brat. It hurts and I’m tired, get off of me.”
OR: dabi's biggest mistake was probably letting toga get so close as to declare she loved him in the first place.
