Summary
There were no dates on the grave markers, only three names carved into the stone. But you could tell that it was old, the material pitted and pock-marked with age, one of the names on the grave deteriorated entirely.
Phil, Wilbur, and something starting with a T which Tommy thought was pretty cool, personally.
Tommy bit his lip, his fingers brushing over the angel's head with a quiet thanks. Somehow, the cemetery had always helped him, in one way or another. Maybe he'd leave flowers for the Watsons at some point, after this.
But then he heard a footstep behind him, muffled by grass and dirt, and froze.
"Found you," said Dream.

Summary
He didn’t want to die. He didn’t want to be given over to the Syndicate just to be killed, he- he wanted to go back to Tubbo. Even if Dream punished him, even if the other vampires were rough and mean and hurt, he didn’t want to die here.
Unfortunately for the little human, he didn’t have any choice in the matter. He was Dream’s, to do with as the vampire pleased, and had been since he was born into the coven.

"Well, you can't stay out here," the man - he didn't look like a demon, but Tommy hadn't ever seen a demon before, anyway. Everybody said that he was too little to see one, if he did he'd probably be eaten, even though he was definitely a big man, and definitely old enough to see a demon. "There are rogue demons out here, they'd snatch a couple of little things like you in a heartbeat."
At that, Wilbur's wings shuddered, drawing tight with fear. "Th-there are demons out here?"
The man nodded. "Mhm. Old ones, too, they're big enough to swallow you two whole if you're not careful."

Summary
Blade had a quiet life.
Nothing out of the ordinary happened to him – which is why it came as such a shock when a boy walked into the smithy.
Blade could feel the difference in the boy before he ever laid eyes on him. He could feel the way the already warm forge seemed to burn brighter in the presence of the creature that just stepped in.
And of course, the sight of the fae – even dressed down to fit in with the townspeople more, they stuck out like a sore thumb. The boy's hair was shaped into perfect, shining golden curls. Their eyes shone as blue as the summer skies, and even their relatively drab brown clothing was perfectly clean, free of any mud or dust from the streets.
Blade paused in his work, enough to give a polite greeting. Whether they were inside a faerie ring or not, the fae always worked by the same rules. Such rules had been imprinted into Blade’s mind before he had ever been allowed to step outside of his family's home.
