Summary
They say the placement of a soulmark tells you how you’ll connect with your Destined. The meanings of it vary by who’s telling it and in what region… but there’s always common themes.
For example:
Forearm - an extension of one’s self.
Back - got their back.
There is of course one placement that always meant the same thing.
Over the heart - true love.
Many show-off their marks proudly, so the world knows who they’re destined to meet, and how their destinies intertwine.
-
But one romantic Bard has yet to reveal his mark?
Or maybe the placement is a little more… intimate?
Not that it matters to Geralt - witchers don't have soulmarks, the mages made sure of that.
He’s happy to just have a friend to travel with, even if the Bard has an interesting taste in ladies.Series

Summary
Dandelion was a romantic through and through, no matter if his soul-marks placement said otherwise.
Almost ironically romance and love was the one thing he was failing at, the care and devotion he held for Geralt was just not the same as the love the witcher felt for him.
Was that to mean their soulbond should be broken? With Dandelion following through on his arranged marriage to the duchess Anna Henrietta?
Or should Dandelion try to mend the divide between him and Geralt, something the mage’s had broken so long ago… could he even?Series

Summary
Destiny gave you three chances.
Everyone knew that.
Well they said everyone knew that…
But Destiny was only ever a pain in a witcher's ass!
Lambert wanted none of that shit, he avoided the law of surprise for good bloody reason, and he could ignore all the bullshit of soulmarks as well - not that he had one anymore, he was a witcher after all. A damn fucken good one, thank you!
He might be young, but he wasn't about to go stupid over some romantic fairytale horse shit.(Can be read stand alone)
