When Jadzia is killed by the Pah wraith whilst it was in possession of Ducat, Julian gives the bad news to the DS9 crew – as well as the news that the symbiont Dax needs a new host immediately in order to survive. Worf volunteers, and everything seems to be going well until he begins having disturbing dreams. About himself. At the same time he develops a growing fascination with Julian, and the bizarre urge to play Tongo with Quark.
