Just one year before, Yuuei advertised that they were now officially unlocking its doors to all Quirkless children. Now, Quirkless kids would be able to study in the halls of Yuuei just like Quirked kids. They were lying. It turns out that the School Board wants to be patted on the back for being inclusive but they never truly unlocked the doors.
