Summary
After returning home back in Europe since the events in Townsville, Donnie has finally been rewarded for his recent efforts in his city as a superhero. The Powerpuff Girls can’t be happier for his achievement, and they all decide that going there to pay a visit to their new friend is a great idea.
Unfortunately, their sentiment isn’t shared by an evil mastermind who's been observing them from the shadows. Displeased with the state of things, he plans to achieve his ultimate revenge with the help of an expert on the topic and his rowdy sons. It will take the combined strength of all of the four superpowered kids to confront the new foe and stop him before he can fulfil his sinister goals.
