‘Yeah,’ the boy says in return, and there’s a flash of metal as he speaks. He has braces. Hyunjin thinks he might just pass out. ‘But I got it, I think. It should be just down here—’ He waves his hand and sidesteps Hyunjin, then disappears down the aisle towards the archives. -

Summary
A low growl cuts Hyunjin off. Minho’s. “That’s enough.”
But Jisung’s heart has already dropped. He feels like he might shake out of his limbs any moment.
“I’m not broken,” he tries to say but he is, he knows he is, and he’s about to collapse so he flees with his shivering, aching heart. He ignores the shouts which echo after him. Hyunjin’s words sting across his skin like a slap, piercing into him over and over: not like us, don’t belong, not pack, not pack.
