Summary
"My name is Sakusa Kiyoomi. I'm a writer for a youth newspaper in Tokyo."
Silence.
"I've heard about you from my cousin. He plays volleyball too, I saw you at the match you had with Itachiyama. I go there."
Still, Atsumu doesn't look up.
"Miya-san, I saw you play. You were incredible."
But he doesn't even blink in response. Kiyoomi sighs, leaning back into the uncomfortable plastic seat.
"I can't lie, I've come here because everyone wants to know how a national level volleyball player, someone people thought would go pro would end up arrested for murder."
---
OR: Sakusa Kiyoomi hears about the star setter of his cousin's volleyball circuit being arrested and decides to follow the story, hoping to understand how such a drastic turn could happen. What started out as journalistic curiosity turns into an obsession, and he unravels the true reason for the ex-setters incarceration while delving deeper in to his world in an attempt to free him from the remand home.

Summary
“I’ll let you go," Atsumu says softly, sounding just as reluctant to end their conversation. "But stop being such a stranger, okay, Omi-kun?”
The last thing Kiyoomi should do is agree to such an outrageous request but he’s always been weak to Atsumu.
“You first.”
Kiyoomi might be a master at compartmentalizing but there's no coming back from discovering his ex's camming channel.

Summary
It’s just not fair.
Kiyoomi had loved Atsumu long, long before the rest of the universe did; back in their awkward pre-pubescent days when Atsumu’s incubus blood still sat dormant and quiet in his veins, back when Atsumu used to pop the collar of his polo shirts because he thought it looked cooler and grew out his bangs to hide his acne and tried to squash down the thick drawl of his accent to fit in better with the snobby prep kids.
Then Atsumu turned 16 and everything changed.
Almost everything, at least.

Summary
Atsumu has a hickey, and it's not Kiyoomi's problem.
They've been broken up for months and they haven't had sex in weeks, so it shouldn't matter that someone who wasn't Kiyoomi left a mark on his body, right?
Right?

Summary
Atsumu's shoulders sag as he releases his breath, and he dries his hands, hurriedly moving to the couch. He waits until Kiyoomi joins him before mumbling into the neck of his bottle: “I got the part.”
“Give it a blowjob while you’re at it,” Kiyoomi scoffs.
“Uh?!”
“I mean I don’t understand shit if you speak to your bottle.”
There’s the ghost of a grin on Kiyoomi’s lips that Atsumu stares at for too long.
“Oh. And you had to be an asshole to tell me that.”
“Sorry, I always forget virgins can’t handle sex jokes.”
Or when Atsumu, a famous actor, gets the part of a passionate lover and complains to his childhood best friend, Kiyoomi — also known as the only man aware of Atsumu's virginity — also known as the only man who has ever interested Atsumu romantically... Although that is something Atsumu has yet to find out in the midst of his desperate attempt to get some help.

Summary
“Oh, is that Sakusa-san?” Kageyama had asked, nodding toward the balcony doors.
“I s’pose so,” he’d muttered.
Kageyama hummed beside him. “I didn’t know he returned to the country. I heard rumors but…” Atsumu had heard the rumors too, but he knew better than to believe what the tabloids and sports reports had said.
"Sakusa Kiyoomi to be staying on the Jackals for another season" had been complete bullshit. So who was to say "Sakusa Kiyoomi returning to the Jackals following his stint in Italy" wasn’t the same?
. . .
It's five hours to Tokyo, and Atsumu struggles to come to terms with the fact that it's the middle of the night, his ex is drunk in the passenger seat, and now, his car is dead.Written for Tipsy Omi Mini Bang

Summary
“You’re still a fraud. You’re—you’re a scammer, is what you are. I don’t know how you convinced the hospital administration that you’re my husband, or that we even have a relationship, but I have—” Fuck, what’s the word? “Lawyers,” Kiyoomi says triumphantly, “I have lawyers, and if you’re trying to con me for some ulterior motive, I’ll have you know—”
“Oh my god, Omi,” Miya says, sounding equal parts exasperated and horribly fond. “How can you be so cute?”
A pleasant side effect of being down one vestigial organ is forgetting the existence of your hot Olympic athlete husband.

“So,” Atsumu began slowly. “What yer sayin’ is yer gonna be my sugar daddy?”
Sakusa’s thin lips turned down in a slight frown. “That’s… not what I meant. But I suppose you could view the situation that way. If it’s easier to think of it like that.”
“Yer literally payin’ me to be in a relationship with ya. That makes me yer sugar baby.”

Summary
“I think I’m in love with you,” Atsumu says, sleepy and lilting, from the aisle to the left.
Kiyoomi says nothing in return, examining the fridge unit full of prepackaged meals before him.
“Omi-kun, didja hear me?”
Kiyoomi glances over at Atsumu. Atsumu isn’t looking at him; he’s holding two spicy ramen packages up to his face, squinting at the ingredients lists because he refuses to bring his glasses anywhere public.
“I was hoping you were talking to the ramen,” Kiyoomi says.

Summary
“Ya know,” Atsumu pipes up as the instructor ends the lecture with another reminder about the exam, “I never see ya at our parties.”
He would rather eat dirt than go into one of those cramped houses with slightly-too-drunk college kids and music so loud he can’t hear himself think.
“Yeah well, I care a little too much about my grades to waste my time at a frat party, Miya.”
“How ‘bout I make a bet with ya?” Atsumu’s proposition stops him in his tracks.
“A bet?”
“Yeah. If I get a better grade than ya on the exam next week, ya gotta come out.”* * *
Kiyoomi hates college. Not the actual process of going to college but all of the traditional practices about going to college. Namely, he hates frat boy Miya Atsumu who manages to ruin his perfect no-party streak. Kiyoomi also hates how pretty Atsumu is and how he makes him have fun when he doesn’t want to.

Summary
The Airport Test is a foolproof method that allows you to determine whether you have actual, serious feelings for the object of your affection, or if your connection is a little more… fleeting. You must be as ruthless and objective as possible in your evaluation, or else the test is completely worthless.
The test itself is simple: could you make it through a long day of travel in the vulnerable, early hours of the morning together without wanting to commit murder or leave the other person behind?
If the answer is yes, congratulations! You’ve found someone you truly care about. If the answer is no, well. At least now you know.
Alternate title: Atsumu and Kiyoomi go to the airport. What happens next may shock you.
