The boys and the wide open road. Featuring: the great outdoors, secret makeout sessions and poorly concealed affection, heartache and loss, nights under the stars, brotherhood, chocobos, and of course, the Regalia.
They are still short on gil. There are still precious gemstones to be traded. There is still an ocean for them to cross. Perhaps this is why Galdin Quay is a popular getaway spot for Insomnians, a small part of Ignis’ mind prompts, as Noctis eventually lets go of his hand in favour of curling his fingers through Ignis’ hair instead; in place of the rush of traffic, the roar of crowds, the blinking of endless rows of neon lights, they’re alone on a boundless shore, the waves singing soft lullabies around them, moonlight a gentle waltz on their skin and the breeze tender fingertips through their hair.
