Nico's putting the last finishing touches on his and Leo seems to be more eating what he's built than completing it. Piper smiles at Hazel as she slides in next to her with her own house.
There's a peaceful sort of reverence that falls among them all as the Christmas songs keep playing, the one that goes it's Christmas time in the city, and everyone finishes their houses. There's a soft murmur from Reyna, Annabeth, and Percy who are still in the other room and the apartment is comfortably warm due to the fire. It feels cookie-cutter. Appropriate.
