Summary
Peter Benjamin Nicholas James Parker Stark (I went a bit overboard with the names, I know) has enough of hiding behind the name Peter Parker and is finally fed up with the bullying from Flash.
This leads to a field trip to Stark Industries for his acadeca club and a press conference revealing his true identity. (well, one of them) -

Summary
If you were to ask anyone who knew Peter Parker, ‘How would you describe him?’, the first word that comes to mind would probably be nerd, followed by genius or kind, and then maybe patient and forgiving. But the thing is, nobody at Midtown had seen Peter since the last day of sophomore year. It was now mid-February. No matter how many times Ned or MJ rang his phone – there was no one there to answer it.
It wasn’t until Ned had hacked Mr Stark’s phone that they finally received an answer to their plea.

Usually, in an epic climax, peter calls tony stark "dad," accidentally revealing to his class (and his father figure) how close he really is with the billionaire.
