"A noble visit from Hitoshi fucking Shinsou," Katsuki murmured as he smiled wickedly at his prisoner. "What an honor."
The young man fixed his gaze on him, actually quiet for a moment. He eyed Katsuki, probably trying to assess him.
Katsuki didn't know whether he recognized him as a captain or not, at least he didn't let it show.
Suddenly Shinsou grinned, ignoring the fact that he was still being held. "Like what you see? My clothes may have gotten a little dirty, but still better than what you rats call clothes here."
Katsuki frowned and snarled "Do you even know who I am?"
"It doesn't matter if you’re the bum from the corner, the thug or the captain, you are nothing more than a dirty pirate pack," Shinsou answered. -

Summary
Hitoshi, certified disaster, gets to the front of the line and orders a large black coffee, extra hot (for Bakugou) and an extra large mocha, triple shot, extra syrup, extra whip (also for Bakugou, in the sense that watching Hitoshi slurp on it will send him into fits of apoplectic rage, which as far as Hitoshi can tell is Bakugou’s preferred state of being).

Summary
He’s too focused on three things. One is that Shinsou knows sign language. Two is that Shinsou noticed for himself that Katsuki is hard of hearing. Three is that Shinsou isn’t as bad as Katsuki first thought.
That night is the longest conversation Katsuki has ever had with Shinsou Hitoshi. That night he decides that the purple head of hair that defies gravity isn’t too bad. That night he makes the conversation last even after he goes home.
Bakugou Katsuki slowly gets to know both Shinsou Hitoshi and himself over the course of six years.
