Summary
There are some kids that are pressured into joining the family business early in life. Sometimes they are dragged into family meetings or brought along to see how the business works in hopes that one day they'll pick up the mantle. Austin knew these pressures all too well however most kids didn't have to deal with the knowledge that their family business involved the contracting and devouring of human souls. That was the unfortunate reality of being the son of one of the best contracting demons on the planet. Except Austin's father has been gone for years now and demons are starting to expect Austin to fill in his father's shoes. Annoying at best and insanely dangerous at worst, especially when Austin just wants to work as a pastry chef.

Summary
Titus hadn't wondered about who lived on the other side of his Mark in years, vines creeping up his arm only ever offering him cold indifference. He was just the son of a blacksmith, spent his time running errands for his Ma and learning from his Father in the forge. He wasn't anybody.
Being bagged and taken by bandits changed all of that. Sold to a horrifying figure that was only known across the lands as The Witch-King, Titus has to reforge himself a new life.
In the end he might even learn that he isn't a nobody after all.

Summary
"You know," Aatenel said, lowering his voice, "most people who are graced with my physical form tend to say something in response."
There had been a ritual greeting he was supposed to use, Pando abruptly remembered. It was like having water dumped on his head. He had fucked this up entirely.
An unnatural fire threatened Pando's kingdom. The people of Vrae and his Expanse had never before demanded things from each other, so Pando had begged. He agreed to marry a fire god, sight unseen - only the wedding day has come, and the fire god does seem to enjoy what he's seeing now.
