Touya’s foot slipped on the gravel as he rounded the corner too fast and too sharp. Yet as bright red feathers whizzed past him he couldn't help but feel like he wasn't going fast enough. He recovered like the pro he was and managed to catch the few feathers that had gotten too close in a scorching blast of fire.
Manic laughter from the villain flying after him echoed off the alley walls, "You're going to have to do better than that hero."
Touya grit his teeth in frustration at the familiar words from the unfamiliar man as he took another dangerous turn.
He knew that. He's known that his whole life. Fuck. If only he had been smarter about this five days ago!

Summary
Touya is the firstborn of King Endeavour. Sheltered, protected and shielded his entire life. He was born inheriting his father’s great fire-wielding quirk, but it takes a huge toll on his body thus the king forbade its usage.
However, that never stopped him from training in secret through his youth, sneaking out under the nose of his guards to a wide-open barre field where he can fully unleash and train his abilities. He loved the thrill, and the weird, red-winged, golden haired boy named Keigo who always accompanied him was an added bonus. It’s too bad the day came when Keigo stopped coming.
Now, at 22 years old Touya must inherit the thrown. Cue a grand and lavish party where he must choose a partner, but all plans came to a halt when a familiar flash of red catches his eyes.
