Summary
A walk through the woods in the middle of the night rarely ever ends well. This time, however, the pack stumbles into something bigger than they would have imagined when Stiles had insisted on checking out the Nemeton.
Just to be sure, right? Stiles had said.
And right, he had been, because a darkness is lurking in those woods that could cost them more than they were willing to pay.

Summary
Inspired by the TV show of the same name.
This is the story of 9 high school students from around the country, who have been sent to Beacon of Hope, a boarding school for ‘at risk’ teens. They each have a past as well as closely guarded secrets and have all dealt with trauma in one sense or another.
They’ll have to learn to trust and love again in a world that was simply too cruel for their young ages. Luckily for them, John Stilinski started this camp that combines outdoor bonding activities with schooling just for students like them who come from broken homes or got mixed up in illegal activities.

Summary
Derek rakes his eyes over Stiles’ exposed arms and his gaze lingers on the lithe muscle there. The evidence of years of staying in shape, working as an FBI field agent is blatant and was he always that hairy?
Derek’s mesmerised by the dark hair running up his arms and it’s only when Stiles clears his throat and flails his hands at him that Derek manages to bring his eyes to his face.
Stiles’ brown hair is longer and he looks taller somehow, fitting his body in a way Derek’s never quite seen on him. He looks totally comfortable in himself, propped there against the jeep like he does this every day, like he’s not making Derek readjust his entire world view, just by being there.
Derek scents the air blatantly and he steps closer to him, pleased with the way Stiles’ heartbeat spikes a little, despite his cool demeanour.
“Hey Hale. Looking good,” Stiles grins, still not moving an inch, even when Derek’s only about a metre away.

When the latest threat sweeps into Beacon Hills, Derek decides that the very-much-human Stiles needs to be severed from the pack for his own safety. But when the ritual goes unexpectedly wrong, Stiles finds himself alone—and unable to reach out for help when he needs it most.
Cue a retreat to his mom’s old house, where he finds that magic is more real than he ever could have imagined.

Summary
Stiles was a simple boy from a simple town. His father was a lawman, and they made better money than most. But they needed more. And as it turned out, the royal family was in need of hands. Stiles expected to be worked half to death, with hardly an ounce of rest. What he got was a foul tempered alpha with trust issues, and a family that spoke in riddles rather than their actual feelings. At least the pay was good.

Summary
He knew he’d handled it badly.
Not like he knew any other way to handle this kind of thing, Derek thought, only a little bitter.
But Derek had heard the word Emissary come out of Scott’s mouth, and had immediately vetoed it with extreme prejudice.
It was like he wanted Scott to set his jaw and ignore Derek’s input. Honestly.
But Stiles- Derek had thought that at the very least, Stiles would listen. That their relationship meant enough that Stiles would hear him out before deciding.
Derek had thought wrong.

Summary
There was a reason Derek kept mostly to himself now and separate from Scott’s pack. Every time he had reached out to those who might be in need in the past had ended horribly. Still, it didn’t stop him from worrying.
Stiles didn’t do things in halves. He’d been popping up hungover in the preserve so often since his dad died, it was practically tradition at this point.
The fact he wasn’t still in the woods at least meant he made it home this time. For however much longer that was his home.

Summary
“Well Stiles, you told me a few weeks ago that you thought Derek was leading a cult.”
At that Derek whipped his head toward Stiles in shock. “You thought I was a cult leader?”
Stiles will not be shamed. “Well, either you or Peter. Peter made more sense, but since he deferred to you that one time I was a little unsure. I mean, what else could I think with all the weird shit going on. You, hanging out with random high school seniors, doing secret things, ordering them around like you are their parent, them actually doing what you tell them. It’s really weird, okay?”
“Are you familiar with Harry Potter?” Derek asks.
Talk about a non sequitur. “What? What does that have to do with anything? And, of course I know Harry Potter!”
“Well to quote Sirius Black, ‘Once again you’ve put your keen and penetrating mind to the task and as usual come to the wrong conclusion.’"
The Sheriff starts snickering, and Stiles is both insulted and also a little in love.

Summary
Derek looked like he always did, perfectly groomed and a little gruff. Though, as Stiles glanced at him, Derek’s face was lax with surprise.
“Stiles?” Derek asked, sounding flummoxed.
“Dude, I know it’s been a while, but don’t be so surprised I’m hung over in the woods. It’s practically tradition at this point.”
Derek sniffed the air, eyeing him with distrust. “But, you can’t… I just…” he trailed it off like a question, taking a half step forward before pulling out his phone and dialing a number, eyes never leaving Stiles.

Summary
And Derek just stood there, staring at Stiles like he was a ghost.
“Dude, I know it’s been a while but you don’t have to look at me like you’re that surprised I’m hung over in the woods. It’s practically a tradition at this point.”
“Stiles?” Derek whispered, the name falling from his lips like a punch to the gut. Stiles watched, confused, as Derek took a deep breath in and took a shaky step forward then back again. “You’re not- you can’t be. Who are you?”
