Summary
Cats can easily harm spiders, it being common to witness a house cat toying with one if they didn’t manage to escape their mean grasp. So usually, they are not found sat on top of a cat, smiling, their body pressed against the cats with a smile gracing their lips. They are not usually interrogating them about if they can purr or not, and the cat in question is usually not getting madly flustered and actually somewhat enjoying the experience.
Usually.
(Angel is mesmerised at the fact Husk is a cat, basically. Its cute<3)

Summary
“We aren’t very kind to sirens, are we?” the man asked. “Mermaids are charming enough, in their queer, inhuman way, but society simply cannot comprehend that a predator can still be a lovely person.”
“They have their reasons,” Charlie said, feeling her smile and voice both growing weaker as she turned back to the first human to look at her like a person. “I mean… We do…”
The man shook the index finger of his free hand. “Do not make excuses for small-minded fools,” he said. “You embrace your instincts and do what you must to survive. There is no fault in that.”

Or; Alastor is a human serial killer who wants Charlie to embrace her instincts. Charlie is a pacifistic siren who wants Alastor to be a better person. Only time will tell how this will turn out.

Summary
He wasn"t there for long. All he experienced were the remnants of battles long fought. Yet fifteen years later, he remains in the trenches in his memory. He was a husk of the young man he"d once been. He"d lost his identity in the river of mustard gas that had swept his comrades away. That"s what he calls himself nowadays– Husk. Once a naïve, yet brave warrior, he is now a prisoner to the odds and the bottles, marching his way through life with no clear sense of direction.
He is known as Angel Dust onstage. He studied the clients well. Family men, ashamed of who they were, coming to him to relieve their urges. He was better than many of the girls he worked with. They envied him. He was a star, an enigma to all who were witness to his superficial radiance. It didn"t matter where he was– at the brothel or at the club, he was always the public"s number one guilty pleasure. But beneath the wigs and the sequins, the scent of cheap cologne and blood, there was Anthony. And there was nothing to Anthony"s name but debts and broken promises.
After a drunk trip to New York, Husk finds himself in an underground club. He didn"t think a one-night stand would change him forever.
