This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, shared and protected when you endorse the Antwerp Declaration for a European Industrial Deal via this Sign Up page.

The purpose of the Sign Up Page is to publicly display the entities supporting the Antwerp Declaration.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is collected and processed by Cefic a.i.s.b.l, located at Rue Belliard 40, 1040 Brussels, Belgium (“Cefic”, also referred to below as “we”“us” and “our”) as defined in this Privacy Policy. Cefic is acting as controller with regards to the processing of personal data.

2. What information do we collect about you

If your company, organisation, association, union or individual supporter wishes to publicly endorse the Antwerp Declaration, we will collect: first name and last name of CEO or person able to commit on behalf of your company/organisation/association/union, name and email of contact person who arranged the company endorsement.

4. Where do we store your personal data

Your personal data is hosted on servers in the European Union owned or controlled by Hostinger.com.

5. Who has access to your personal data

  1. Your personal data is processed by Cefic and BENNANI DRISS SRL. BENNANI DRISS SRL is contractually obligated to handle your data exclusively in line with the applicable data protection laws and this policy.
  2. Personal data may also be processed by other trade federations contributing to the organisation of industry representation at the Antwerp Industry Summit of 20 February 2024
  3. Personal data may also be disclosed to law enforcement, regulatory or other government agencies, or to other third parties, in each case to comply with legal, regulatory, or national security obligations or requests.

6. How long do we store your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained until March 1st, 2029. After this period, personal data will be deleted by Cefic.

7. Rights to access and control your personal data

In accordance with the applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request from Cefic access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing or to object to processing in certain cases.
