Note that in this list: "ȝ"=IPA "j", "ċ"=IPA "t͡ʃ", "sċ"=IPA "ʃ", and "ċȝ"=IPA "d͡ːʒ".
Note that etymologies or rationales for the Old English neologisms should be put after the Modern English translation in square brackets, like so:
  • fȳrƿǣpen (sn) - firearm, gun [calque of "firearm"]
Abbreviations used are: sm/sn/sf = strong masculine/neuter/feminine; wm/wn/wf = weak masculine/neuter/feminine; indecm/indecn/indecf = indeclinable masculine/neuter/feminine; w-dec. = w-declension; u-dec. = u declension; i-mut. = i-mutated; pl. = plural; aj = adjective; desc. = modifier for a noun (a "describer") other than an adjective; av = adverb; w1/w2/w3 = weak verb class; s1/s2/.../s7b = strong verb class.
  • brǣdung (sf) - movement [literally "spreading", because a movement is the spreading of aa belief, philosophy, ideology, etc.]
  • ȝemǣnǣhtrǣdliċ (aj) - communist
  • ȝemǣnre (aj) ǣhte (desc.) rǣd (sn) - communism [literally "policy of common ownership"]
  • ȝefērsċiplīċ (aj) - social, pertaining to society ["ȝefērsċipe" - "society" productive adjectival suffix "līċ" - cognate to Modern English "-like/-ly"]
  • oncnāwness (sf) - concept ["oncnāwan" - "to know; to understand; to recognize" productive nominal suffix "-ness" - cognate with Modern English "-ness"]
  • onhebbung - revolution ["onhebban" - "to revolt" productive verb-nominalizing suffix "-ung" - cognate with Modern English "-ing"]
  • rīċisċ - national, pertaining to the state ["rīċe" - "the state; empire" productive adjectival suffix "-isċ" - cognate to Modern English "-ish"]
  • stēormǣl (sn) - politics [calque of Icelandic "stjórnmál"]
  • stēormǣlliċ (aj) - political [Icelandic-calqued "stēormǣl" productive adjectival suffix "-liċ"]
Elsewhere I have used gildcræft for politics, as in the craft of a guild. Geþingcræft might be better, or any number of possibilities, though these presuppose politics involving councils and discussion. Hogweard (talk) 18:03, 6 Se Æfterra Gēola 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The reason that I have used "stēormǣl" is because it is a calque of the Icelandic word "stjórnmál" rather than a total neologism. The calque also has fairly lucid meaning: "stēor" - "guidance" "mǣl" - "cause, action".   Ƿes hāl!    19:42, 6 Se Æfterra Gēola 2015 (UTC)[reply]
