I do not work with written descriptions of characters unless they are simple or really descriptive.

All payments need to be done upfront through PayPal.

I can refuse to take your commission if I do not like something with it or just tired atm. Nothing personal tho.

First of all. I DO NOT work with written descriptions of characters unless it’s really simple ones or really descriptive, like really.

If you do not have a reference sheet of your character, you can just show some pieces of art with them. But keep in mind I can overlook some details because of it, still will add them if this will happen.

If you can, please send photos/art of poses/backgrounds you are looking for - it will be really helpful and useful for me! (Unless you will choose to give me full artistic freedom with your commission.)

You can change your idea and description whenever you want before I started working on your commission, don’t be shy about it. But if work is started and sketch is finished, but you want to change the whole idea of the piece, you will need to pay extra.

I do not have strict deadlines, and I will try my best to finish your commission as fast as possible. But please do not rush me.

Average lead time is 1 day to 6 months for one commission. If you are not first in the queue, it may take longer.

I will send you all WIPs of sketch, line, flat coloring, render stages to confirm that everything is right. But I need to warn you that I have a 7-8~ hours time difference with the US, and it can turn into a few extra days waiting for your commission.

I make free changes available only at the sketch stage or if I drew something wrong/against your description. Other changes may cost extra, not always tho.

When the commission is done, I will post it in my gallery and drop you a note with a link to a high-resolution picture. (You can ask me not to post the finished work in public, free of charge, but it should be discussed beforehand.)

Usually my prices are not changing from what you can see in the price list, but additional body parts/details/etc can cost extra. This is discussed before payment tho.

I take full payment upfront via PayPal.

Refunds after sketch is confirmed are not possible.

I keep all commercial rights for your commissions. I can upload it to my galleries and portfolios or sell/print/etc. I probably will not do the last part tho, unless you commissioned something fandom related.

You have all rights to your picture for non-commercial use. You can re-upload it with credits, make icons and badges out of it, print posters for personal use, but you can’t sell them as a product.

If you want commercial rights for it, just ask me, and we will discuss it.
