It's about taking responsibility for the good and the bad and ensuring that promises made are promises kept. Accountability is the cornerstone of trust and integrity in both personal and professional relationships.

A well-articulated vision serves as the north star for every decision and action within an organisation. It embodies not just the ultimate goals of the enterprise, but the values and philosophies that underpin its journey. To achieve this clarity, the vision must be specific, inspiring, realistic and flexible.
