نبذة عني

As an ex-international athlete and Captain of the English field hockey team, competing at the top of my game for years, I've learnt some valuable things 'on the pitch' which I've applied 'off the pitch' over my 25 year career as a senior finance executive.

1) Setting challenging but achievable goals
2) Demonstrating exceptional work ethic
3) Leading by example
4) Being true to myself and upholding my values

These skills, values and ethics have supported my professional development and allowed me to evolve over the years and progress in my field of expertise as a Chartered Management Accountant. I've enjoyed a wide range of positions within large multinationals, private and publicly listed companies, the public sector and start-ups which all bring their own unique flavors helping to build on my experience and value proposition.

My professional passions are to bring success to the companies I join, transform finance and operations from support functions to facilitators and partners, develop and execute collaborative growth strategies and elevate service levels through mentoring and coaching others to be the best they can be.

It's not just about 'taking part' that matters, being on the 'winning team' is what motivates me.

My proudest professional achievements include:
1. Key finance lead on the successful IPO onto the DFM (Dubai Financial Market) - Nov 2022
2. Finance lead on a value accretive & complex M&A transaction of a well known K-12 Premium School in Dubai - May 2022
3. Finance lead on Group ERP rollout and digital transformation program - Jan 2022
4. Managed the Change & Transformation Program for the Group Corporate Finance function - 2022-23
