Floor Bleeker

Floor was appointed Accor Group Chief Technology Officer in 2020. He joined Accor from Mövenpick where he had held the position of Chief Information Officer since 2013. With over two decades of multinational experience in hospitality and technology, he has held roles in Radisson and Jumeirah Group.

As the group CTO Floor is responsible for the global data and IT strategy and execution. His role is to create a consistent and positive impact on the business success of all Accor brands through the delivery of effective and innovative technology solutions. Floor is part of Accor's global executive committee.

Floor is a Board member at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management and is a Board member and past President of Hospitality Technology Next Generation (HTNG). He was inducted in the Hospitality Technology Hall of Fame in 2024.
