It’s a blend of classic and contemporary, creating an iconic look that’s recognisable at a glance—even when you’re cruising by at 30 mph. A value-driven local pub with a strong brand presence? Yes, please. The hand-crafted linocut style will help keep the brand recognisable as more pubs open up, whilst the illustration itself gives stand-out to each unique location. Seeing my work on display and fully functional throughout the entire show was an incredibly proud moment for me. The design was highly successful, garnering many compliments for how it redefined the concept of panel talks at INDEX. During and after the show, we had the pleasure of meeting many potential clients who were inspired by the design and asked us to create unique experiences for their own spaces. Collaborating with the INDEX team allowed me to be more creative, pushing boundaries and exploring new ideas. They were incredibly supportive and understanding of all the requirements and adaptations we wanted to implement.
