The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the UAE real estate market and possess a strong understanding of local market trends, regulations, and customer preferences. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. - Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers or tenants. - Provide clients with information about available properties, market conditions, prices, and other related matters. - Negotiate and finalize sales or rental agreements. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders. - Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and progress. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in the UAE real estate market. - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market trends. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Preferred Attributes: - Highly motivated and results-oriented. - Customer-focused with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within the luxury goods sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the luxury market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele.   Key Responsibilities:   Strategic Planning and Execution: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets. • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute high-impact sales campaigns.
