It was a prolific day and an incredible honor to represent Premier Inn Hotels - Middle East as a speaker at the prestigious Executive Think Tank Panel during the Hotel Show. Our focus? Generational Harmony – a topic that's more relevant now than ever before. It was an inspiring experience to delve into the intricacies of bridging generational gaps within the hospitality industry. As we all know, our workforce is wonderfully diverse, spanning multiple generations, each with unique perspectives, skills, and expectations. At Premier Inn Hotels - Middle East , we've embraced this diversity as a strength.
