It’s been a while since my last post, but after an incredible week in Boston at HubSpot’s Inbound event, I’m excited to share some key highlights! As expected, AI was a major focus again this year. However, what’s really impressive is how far we’ve come since last year’s conversations. Back then, we speculated on AI’s potential impact on businesses, but now, those theories have turned into tangible products, services, and tools that any business can implement and it was great to see this first-hand! This new wave of AI isn’t about replacing humans—it’s about making us faster, more efficient, and giving us the freedom to focus on the aspects of our work that bring the most value and satisfaction. HubSpot’s launch of Breeze at Inbound is a perfect example. It offers customer-facing teams the AI tools they need to boost productivity, scale growth, and unlock actionable insights. If you haven’t seen it yet, it's worth exploring: https://lnkd.in/dRTnwDex 🚀 But it wasn’t just about AI wizardry. There’s a shift happening in digital marketing, particularly in SEO and Content Marketing. With AI-powered search gaining ground, businesses relying on organic or paid traffic will need to rethink their strategies. Predictions show a 25% drop in search traffic by 2026 so the time to act is now! 🔍 The internet has ALWAYS rewarded first-movers and we believe the same will happen with AI-powered search! We covered this trend in a recent LinkedIn newsletter (Read it here: https://lnkd.in/d6nS_xmK). Finally, content marketing is evolving yet again, with AI playing a key role. Companies should rethink the types of content they create, the channels they use, and how they can repurpose what they already have. HubSpot’s Content Hub offers a host of new features to help with this transformation. If you’re curious to learn more or see a demo, drop me a note and I’ll connect you with the right person on my team. Looking forward to seeing how everyone navigates this exciting new frontier! 💡 A shout out to my colleagues and the key innovators in this space who attended Inbound: Andrew Thomas, Tim Witcherley, Lindsey Witcherley, Narita Mehrotra, Sam Keillor, Lucy Hardy, Christian NEFF, Darren Leishman, Alison Leishman
