في قلب كل مدرسة ناجحة تكمن القيادة الفعالة. لا تقتصر القيادة في المدارس على الحفاظ على النظام أو ضمان الامتثال للقوانين فحسب. بل يتعلق الأمر بوضع رؤية للنجاح الأكاديمي لجميع الطلاب، وخلق بيئة ملائمة للتعليم، وتنمية القيادة في الآخرين.

قامت دبي العطاء وسلطة مدينة دبي الطبية مؤخراً بتكريم شركاء مدينة دبي الطبية الذين قدموا الدعم لحملة "غزة في القلب"، وهي حملة رمضانية لجمع التبرعات أطلقتها دبي العطاء بهدف تقديم المساعدات الإغاثية الطارئة لسكان غزة بما في ذلك الوجبات الساخنة والسلال الغذائية وخيم الإيواء لحالات الطوارئ. وفي حفل أقيم في مدينة دبي الطبية، حصلت الجهات الداعمة على دروع تقدير من دبي العطاء ولوحات رسم يدوية لسمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم للفنان الإماراتي الموهوب أحمد المهري، الذي قدم أعماله الفنية شخصياً خلال الحدث. MAG Group Holding Binghatti Dubai Cares and the Dubai Healthcare City Authority, Government of Dubai recently honoured DHCC partners who extended their support to "Gaza In Our Hearts”, a fundraising campaign launched by Dubai Cares during Ramadan to provide the people of Gaza with emergency relief aid including Hot Meals, Food Baskets and Emergency Shelter Tents. In a ceremony held at DHCC, community supporters received trophies from Dubai Cares and hand paintings of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum by the talented Emirati artist Ahmed Al Mahri, who personally presented the artwork during the event.
